Free Planning Poker is designed with privacy first. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data related to your planning sessions.

• No user accounts are created.
• No session content (stories, votes, names) is persisted after the session ends.
• No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are used.

We use Matomo Analytics (self-hosted) to measure aggregate traffic. Matomo collects anonymised data (pages visited, approximate location, browser type) without sharing it with third parties. Your IP address is anonymised before storage.

We do not use any tracking, advertising, or session cookies. The site stores no personal data in cookies.

Donations are processed by PayPal Holdings, Inc. All payment data is entered directly on PayPal's hosted checkout page and never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

After a successful payment, PayPal notifies our server via a signed webhook. No personal data (name, email, card details) is stored on our side.

Since we do not store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data held about you to access, correct, or delete.
